RATES, RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends from May 1 – Oct. 31. We recommend that weekend or holidays be booked early to assure your choice of dates.

Each loft can accommodate up to 6 adults. Room rates of $135 per night (May – October) / $100/per night (November – April) are based on double occupancy. There is a $15 per night charge for each additional guest. Children 12 and under are free.

The lofts are located on the second floor of an 1870’s commercial building, accessed by a flight of 25 steps. There is no elevator and the lofts are not handicap accessible. Please make sure that all members of your party can handle stairs before making a reservation.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking; VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Personal checks must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Balance is payable upon arrival.

Reservations are confirmed by email or post. All rates are subject to a total of 9.5% tax (6.5% MN Sales Tax & 3% Lodging Tax).

To access the Lofts, you have to climb a stairway, so at the moment we are not handicap accessible.

We love pets but cannot accommodate them. There is no smoking at the lofts.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in 3 – 5 p.m. (Late check-in must be confirmed in advance.) Check-out is 11 a.m.

Group Bookings: Group bookings (wedding, reunion, retreat) require one credit card/check to hold the room, a single contact person for the reservation and a single payment for the balance of the rental upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be returned, minus an office fee of $25 per room, if notice is received at least 14 days prior to arrival. With shorter notice, the full rental rate for the reservation will be charged unless the room is re-rented for full rate. If the room is re-rented, a refund, minus the office fee, will be made.
